How long do I have to return or exchange my order?

‘Shop Alisha Marie’ accepts returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery as long as it hasn’t been washed, damaged or worn. International (non-U.S.) customers will be allowed 45 days for returns due to the longer shipping times. The date postmarked on the return package will mark when your package was returned.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning the package.

We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number or prior written communication. Orders sent back without previous communication will NOT be processed for return or exchange and will be at the customer’s expense.
